Cara Lee previews the hottest theatre shows to look out for in MK.

There’s plenty of theatre and comedy on across Milton Keynes in the next two months.
Multi award-winning Canadian-American musician and actress Martha Wainwright will be performing at The Stables on Saturday 6th of August, with support from Roseanne Reid!
And for any trivia buffs out there, the Thinking Drifters Pub Quiz will take place on the 8th of September.
Including five free drinks as part of a “fact filled journey through time”, the show is hosted by comedians and alcohol experts Tom Sandham and Ben McFarland.
If you’re looking for something for the whole family to enjoy, The Reluctant Dragon will be flying to Stantonbury Theatre on
Saturday 3rd September.
Put on by Quantum Theatre, this enchanting tale of a boy who befriends and defends a dragon is based on the book of the same name by Kenneth Grahame.
Comedy Cow also returns to The Venue on the 10th of September – while Rich Wilson hosts, Dane Baptiste will take to the stage as a headliner. Matt Price and Craig Deeley will also feature as the opening and middle acts respectively.
Finally over at MK Theatre, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat will be making a welcome return. This production of the vibrant classic stars Alexandra Burke as the narrator and Jac Yarrow as Joseph.
