Train for free at Fierce Gym in Old Wolverton this weekend

In celebration of its first birthday, Fierce Gym in Old Wolverton is offering a free training pass on Saturday 24th and Sunday 25th July for anyone who wants to try out the independent gym which is passionate about providing a community-focused place for people to train hard.

Fierce by name, friendly, and supportive in nature, Fierce Gym has become Milton Keynes’ largest independent gym offering a wide variety of state-of-the-art equipment to aid everyone’s training.

Whether looking to improve overall fitness and strength using the cardio equipment, the open spaces for HIIT or the rig for calisthenics – or striving to reach a PB for Bodybuilding, Powerlifting, or Strongman or Woman, Fierce Gym’s inclusive gym provides a unique place to train with a supportive community of people encouraging each other to achieve their goals.

Open to everyone, over the weekend of 24th and 25th July, Fierce is welcoming people to experience the gym’s facilities first-hand during its weekend opening hours: 7am – 6pm. The pass is open to anyone who pre-books and is a great way to try out Milton Keynes’ newest independent gym, completely free of charge.

On the day, visitors can expect a tour of the 20,000 sq ft gym – which is split across two floors and includes separate studios for classes, seminars, and the Fit 3D Body Scanner which is offered complimentary to members and provides the ultimate way to track progress. Taking accurate measurements for a complete body assessment, members can see the changes they are making from their training.

During the visit, guests will be able to train using all the latest equipment – which for anyone experienced in weight training, includes over 11,000kg of weight plates, dumbbells up to 105kg, over 600kg of Eleiko calibrated weights, plus a wide range of kit for those who want to test their strength – including the ultimate strength challenge – the Fierce car!

With carefully planned layouts and investing in specialist equipment, the forward-thinking gym has created a dedicated fitness facility that is unlike other gyms in the area.

Having already scooped an award for Best Independent Gym at the Prestige Awards, shortlisted for ‘Best New Business of the Year’ for the upcoming Bucks SME Awards, and listed as a top 3 facility in the UK by the Independent Gym Owners Group, Fierce Gym is raising the bar of affordable fitness in MK.

Paul Tomlinson, Co-Founder of Fierce Gym comments: “Jess and I are extremely proud of the space we’ve created. Fierce provides an uplifting and supportive atmosphere for people to train and feel part of something special. We’re overjoyed with the feedback we have already received for the gym and invite anyone who hasn’t already had a gym tour or trained to come and join us over the weekend of 24th and 25th July to train for free and celebrate our first birthday.”

Jess Tomlinson, Co-Founder of Fierce Gym comments: “Whatever your fitness interest or ability, Fierce is open to everyone. Our friendly and well-informed team is always on hand to guide people. We’re incredibly pleased with the Fierce community we’ve already created in such a short time, and with our new transformation programmes: 8-week Evolve Fit and 10-week Evolve Strong, we expect this supportive environment to grow even more. We’re looking forward to welcoming lots of new faces into our community.”

Pre-booking is essential as Fierce Gym will have a limited number of places to follow up-to-date government guidelines.
