Maaya is set to open its doors at The Hub on Monday 17th May.
Exciting news! Maaya Indian Kitchen & Bar, located in The Hub Milton Keynes, is preparing to reopen for indoor dining again on Monday 17th May.
Whilst the award-winning restaurant has had to close for dining inside, the takeaway service has really taken off and the support from the local community has been “fantastic”, say the restaurant’s owners.
When customers are able to return to the restaurant, much of Maaya’s favourites will also make a comeback including afternoon tea, and bottomless brunch menus – while cocktails, wine, beer and soft drinks will flow from the bar, and a refreshingly lively atmosphere fills the restaurant once again.
NEW for the ever-evolving restaurant for 2021 is its ‘Cooking with Maaya’ meal kits offering, which launched in March and lets customers take home fresh, vacuum-packed ingredients to cook flavours of India in the comfort of their own home.
And as the warmer weather creeps closer, Maaya will also release more of its flavourinfused BBQ packs, which were a huge hit last year in the UK’s scorching spring/summer weather.
Health and hygiene will remain of the highest importance as the restaurant transitions from takeaways to table service, with the continuation of daily deep cleans, sanitising between bookings, staff PPE and masks to be worn when moving around the restaurant.
These measures will remain in place until the government declares it safe for businesses to lift their safety precautions.
With much of life returning to normal, we wish Maaya and the team all the very best and we can’t wait to join them for a fresh curry and ice cold glass of beer.
