Milton Keynes Theatre has confirmed they will be holding a Christmas pantomime performance of Sleeping Beauty.
The theatre has been closed since March and had previously announced earlier this week that previously scheduled performances until January 17th would not take place, which is the latest extension to the venue’s closure.
But earlier today (28/10), the venue operators announced that a socially distanced performance of Sleeping Beauty at MK Theatre will now be held over the Christmas period, running between December 19th and January 10th.
The show is being held thanks to National Lottery funding, and will feature star casting and show-stopping songs.
Presale tickets will be available for ATG TheatreCard members and anyone who originally purchased tickets to the originally planned 2020-21 pantomime from 10am on Tuesday 3rd November. General sale will open at 10am on Friday 6th November.
Full details, including the show’s cast and the theatre’s full social distancing and other safety measures, will be announced in the next few weeks.
