These irresistible and Instagram-ready cocktails are perfect for satisfying those sweet cravings at the end of a meal.

Raspberry Swirl Margarita
Blend 1 large scoop mango sorbet, 50ml orange juice with bits, 50ml tequila and 1 tsp sugar syrup on high
until smooth. (To make sugar syrup, bring 250ml water and 100g caster sugar to boil, then cool).
Swirl 1 tbsp Waitrose Raspberry & Vanilla Coulis inside a glass. Add the mango mixture and garnish with a
raspberry and a mint leaf.
Rum, Ginger Beer & Vanilla Float
Put 50ml dark rum and 150-200ml ginger beer into a tall glass and stir gently. Add 1 large scoop Magagascan vanilla ice cream.
Decorate with melted Belgian dark chocolate. Garnish with a wafer curl and crumbled dark chocolate florentines.
Blitz 50g frozen pineapple in a blender until smooth. Add 50ml coconut rum, such as Malibu, and 25ml vodka and blitz again until frothy.
Pour 1 tsp grenadine into the bottom of a martini glass and slowly pour over the pineapple mixture so
that it sits on top. Garnish with a small pineapple leaf.
Camomile Gin Sour
Steep 1 camomile tea bag (we used Pukka Chamomile, Vanilla & Manuka Honey) in 3 tbsp boiler water for 2
minutes. Muddle to release its fragrance then discard.
In an ice-filler shaker, vigorously shake the tea with 2 ½ tsp honey, 2 tbsp gin, 2 tsp lemon juice and 1 egg white.
Strain into a coupe and garnish with a lemon twist and rosemary.
