Beauty with Nilam Column: Want to look 10 Years Younger?

World-renowned beauty and skin expert Nilam Holmes talks about filming for a TV series and treating the Beckhams ahead of Brooklyn’s birthday.

Hi I’m Nilam Holmes, beauty expert to the stars and owner of the renowned Dermaspa clinic in Milton Keynes.

Last year I filmed some episodes for the TV show 10 Years Younger, as their skin and brow expert. The show made a return to our screens after 10 years last month with a new format.

There’s no surgery and only 10 days to get the transformations, which I must say have been amazing.

Celebrity Clients

The Coronavirus has affected my usual travels, so I haven’t been to L.A. and Paris to do my usual clients. Luckily some have been able to come to the UK to get their treatments done instead.

We had a lovely trip to the Cotswolds to get the Beckhams ready for Brooklyn’s 21st birthday bash at their beautiful Cotswold home.

Everyone enjoyed wonderful facials in preparation for the party. Holly Willoughby made her first visit to Dermaspa with Christine Bleakley for our famous collage-nwave facial for Dancing on Ice too.

Treatment of the month

With all the rain and gloomy weather, everyone seems to have the winter blues.

So, to give yourself an all round pick me up and healthy glow, my treatment of the month is Dermaspa’s signature facial, which all the celebrities rave about.

It combines our three leading treatments – a Collagen Wave lift and tone with HydraFacial to deep clean and exfoliate, and the Comcit to refine and plump the skin.
