Sailfish Associates to lead business workshops in Milton Keynes

A business growth taster session is to be held at Your Office Space in Central Milton Keynes in December.

Sailfish Associates will chair an event that will take place on December 5th from 6pm at the office hub in Milton Keynes.

Every business leader would like to ‘sell more, more often and at more acceptable margins,’ and an upcoming event in Milton Keynes will show how to forge ahead.

Strategy, business growth and coaching is at the core of Sailfish Associates – and they excel at it.
The group of entrepreneurs have built businesses using proven growth strategies.

Next month they will share the secrets of that success when they launch two business growth workshops in Central Milton Keynes, with a taster session at Your Office Space business hub on 5th December 2019, 6pm – 8.30pm.

The event, in conjunction with Business Live UK, will give business leaders in the region the best start to 2020.
CEO’s, MD’s and Business Owners will be joined by Sales Directors, Sales Executives and Account Managers at the launch of The Business Growth Workshop.

Experts will talk through the necessary preparations for scaling up a business, and participants will learn how to implement proven growth strategies themselves.

David Higham MBA is CEO of Sailfish Associates. He is a coach in scaling up business, and during a career three decades long has worked in media, publishing, distribution, logistics, financial services and manufacturing.

David was part of the £1billion business unit management team at the Royal Mail which created the well-respected Mail Media Centre used widely by direct marketers and advertising agencies.

His work as product marketing director added £50 million of income to a £270 million product stream by maximising the utilisation of the product.

As development director and then as divisional managing director of TNT Post (now Whistl) David was responsible for leading a division that Scaled Up its business from zero to £200 million and from zero employees to 600 people over a six-year period.

Glen Williamson is Associate Partner at Sailfish Associates. He will impart substantial knowledge gathered during more than 33 years in sales and business development.

His work as an International Sales Trainer, Consultant Sales Director, Sales Consultant, Speaker and Accredited Master Coach is being documented in his forthcoming book, The Heart of the Matter. He is also a Chair of Judges at the UK Business Awards.
