Limited to 100 members, benefits will include access to MKFM’s media platform.
Part of MKFM’s pledge and key commitment is to support local business here in Milton Keynes. Over the last few years advertisers, partners and attendees at MKFM’s monthly networking event have seen the benefits of working and engaging with MKFM.
The Meet of MK, which is now held each month at Marco’s New York Italian next to the Holiday Inn in Central MK, regularly sees around 100 businesses attending each month.
The informal event is more like after work drinks with a relaxed atmosphere but with the combined elements of being able to network with local businesses.
MKFM’s new business club will offer regular networking events, meet ups and promotion of members through the station’s website, social media and print. Other benefits include interviews and podcasts.
“The membership has all the traditional benefits of being part of a business club but will also take care of PR by delivering key messages through our platforms including radio, MKFM.com and social media,” said Joanne Ronan, Head of Sales and Advertising at MKFM.
“Each week we reach the majority of adults in Milton Keynes and want our members to benefit from these opportunities in a cost effective way, especially B2B.”
She continued: “MKFM is perfectly placed in the community here in Milton Keynes to help with great PR and connections through the membership. I would encourage anyone who would like to find out more to get in contact with us.”
The membership fee is still to be confirmed but is set at a level just to cover costs of providing all the various elements.
