Now in its third year, CALA’s Community Bursary aims to provide support for a wide range of organisations and projects in the areas in which CALA operates.

The deadline for applications has now been extended to Friday, 22nd March and CALA is urging local causes to apply for a share of the Community Bursary by downloading an application form from the CALA Homes website. Application forms are also available to pick up from CALA Homes’ development, CALA at Whitehouse, located on Barrosa Way off Watling Street.

Mark Wright, Managing Director at CALA Homes (Midlands) said: “We have already received some fantastic applications for a share of our £5,000 Community Bursary, and want to make sure as many groups as possible have the opportunity apply, which is why we have extended our deadline by a further two weeks.

“CALA Homes has always been committed to making a positive and lasting contribution to the local communities in which it builds, and we’re looking forward to finding out about even more of the great work being done in the area, and what support is needed locally.”

Since its launch in 2017, over 200 good causes across the country have benefitted from CALA’s Community Bursary, receiving a share of more than £200,000.
