The Art Group at The Brooklands Centre in Newport Pagnell will stage an exhibition to show off their art and crafts.
The group will take place on November 10th between 10am and 3pm. The exhibition will be staged after recent progression of the group, and will stage art drawn and painted at the group’s weekly sessions.
On top of this, the exhibition will include some craft items produced by members, and many of the art and crafts on display will be available for visitors to buy.
Everyone is invited and entry is free. Refreshments will also be available.
Exhibition organiser Loretta Ramsay commented: “We have such an enjoyable time at the Art Group and produce some lovely art and crafts, we thought we’d show off our talents, offer our handiwork for sale and promote the group at the same time.
“Pop in, have a look and maybe pick up an early Christmas present. If you like what you see and are interested in joining our friendly and active group, please get in touch.”
The Brooklands Centre exhibition will be held at the centre, which is set right on the riverbank in the heart of Newport Pagnell. It has been providing community services for the over-55s since the 1950s, and was totally re-built in 2010. The centre is a busy charity run by volunteers.
