Just 35 minutes of exercise, twice a week, keeps clients in shape at pavilion
The new 1Life Brooklands Health & Fitness Studio is proving a huge hit with locals who don’t like the hustle and bustle of traditional gyms.
The studio, based at Brooklands Pavilion, has been designed to meet the full training spectrum of any user.
But it is ideal for people new to exercise, going through rehabilitation, tight for time, trying to lose weight or those keen to stay mobile in retirement.
The centre is equipped with state-of-the-art Milon equipment and, based on the latest findings from the field of sports science, clients are advised to exercise for just 35 minutes, twice a week.
Leah Connor won a free three-month membership through a Facebook competition. She said: “I find traditional gyms boring but this studio is brilliant as I only have to do the Milon circuit for 35 minutes, twice a week, so it really focuses your mind.
“I’ve lost 5lb already in just three weeks for my holiday to Tenerife this summer.”
Leah’s instructor Doriel is proud of her progress and explained the ethos of the studio.
