MKFM Column: Kick-start your New Year at The Meet of MK with MKFM

Popular evening networking event to take place on January 25.

A successful year for MKFM finished with our busiest Meet of MK yet.

On the last Thursday of every month, we hold our MKFM business networking event at Clary’s Bar and Grill in the Casino MK. It’s a more casual, laidback and fun take on networking events that provides a great opportunity for businesses from all different areas to connect.

Every month, a selection of MKFM’s partners talk about changes to their companies and the business world across Milton Keynes. It offers an in-depth insight into a variety of industries across the city.

The fun isn’t limited to just the prosecco and nibbles – there are also raffles to enter with prizes including a month’s worth of free advertising, so remember your business cards!

Even with The Meet of MK being held early this month to avoid Christmas, it was the busiest yet. With over 100 places booked, creating a vibrant and exciting atmosphere, enhanced by the delicious food and of course, the Christmas drinks.

The Meet of MK was only created in the early months of 2017 and, in less than a year, it’s been a great success and has become an invaluable part of MKFM’s monthly operations as a local business looking to help connect everyone across Milton Keynes. MKFM are looking to kick off the new year in similar style.

The next Meet of MK will be held on Thursday January 25th, which will provide the perfect opportunity for businesses to kick-start their year and a great platform for them to announce any exciting news for 2018.

We hope you can join us then, with attendance being complimentary for MKFM partners and just £10 for anyone else, which includes the prosecco and food!
