The Spice Village Indian restaurant in Shenley Church End is to celebrate four years of good times with a Soul and Motown music night on Friday June 30.
The venue has become one of Milton Keynes’ most popular curry houses thanks to its good food and regular special nights since its opening in 2013.
Spice Village offers a special five-course banquet for only £10.95 per person every Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday, Thali nights every Tuesday, as well as regular live music tribute acts.
And now the restaurant is to mark its four-year anniversary in the city with one of its biggest parties yet – a live Soul and Motown music night featuring songs from the likes of Stevie Wonder (pictured below).
It’s £25.95 per person, which gets you a delicious five-course meal and a ticket to party the night away at the stylish restaurant owned by Salim Islam and Ash Haque (pictured at the top of the article).
An excited Salim explained: “It’s our fourth anniversary and things have really taken off for us.
“We have a fantastic regular customer base who come from all over MK, a lovely upmarket, modern restaurant and a brilliant chef with 35 years of experience who is extremely passionate about cooking.
“We have so much to celebrate so we thought the best way to do it would be with a Soul and Motown night.
“Everyone likes good food, a bit of a drink and some live music.
“We usually host a live tribute act on the last Friday of every month – we’ve done it all the way through our four years – but this one will be extra special.”
